BESTATE ([B Estate Pty Ltd], ABN [ 40 701 244 037]) provides Dubai property guidance to investors in Australia. We have offices in Brisbane and Dubai. This policy explains how we handle personal information.
What we collect
When you register for an event, use our calculators, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, the session you choose, and anything you write in a message field. We do not collect government identification numbers, bank account details, or payment card information through this website.
Why we collect it
We use your information to confirm your registration and send you the details of the event, to answer your enquiry, and, where you have agreed to it, to send you updates about Dubai property.
Marketing
We only send marketing emails to people who have opted in. Registering for an event is not by itself consent to marketing. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email info@bestate.com.au at any time and we will remove you within five business days.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not pass it to property developers or agents. We use third party service providers to run this website and send email. These providers only handle your information to deliver those services to us. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Overseas access
BESTATE operates from Brisbane and Dubai. Staff in our Dubai office may access your information in the course of answering your enquiry. Some of our service providers store data on servers outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with this policy wherever it is accessed.
Cookies and analytics
This website may use cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the performance of our advertising. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
How we store it

We keep event registrations for 24 months after the event. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to meet our record keeping obligations.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@bestate.com.au and we will respond within 30 days.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, email info@bestate.com.au and we will investigate. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always at this address, with the date it was last changed at the top.
